SafetyPoint
SafetyPoint is a U.S.-focused, text-only reporting and referral service for online harm. It is designed to receive structured reports, support internal triage, and help route information to the appropriate platform, organization, or official channel when appropriate.
The service is designed around defined scope, secure data handling, operational accountability, and clear separation from law-enforcement functions. SafetyPoint does not determine guilt or conduct criminal investigations.
Architecture
Cloudflare-based infrastructure with API-driven services, database-backed workflows, status tracking, and administrative tooling.
Security
Role-based permissions, MFA flows, CSRF protection, rate limiting, session controls, audit logging, and encrypted sensitive fields.
Operations
Structured case intake, severity and status management, review workflows, referral records, timelines, retention controls, and staff access management.
